Job Responsibility

Drive & achieve Renewal Business Goals by retention and cross selling.
Plan and execute campaigns to promote Renewal business.
Work closely with other account Managers, delivery & support team in order to achieve teams new and renewal revenue goals.
To ensure a one-point relationship for the clients.
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with support team to resolve complaints.
Provide timely, accurate and detailed forecasts and reports
Keeping track of competitor activities and analyzing latest market trends.
To build and maintain client bases for future reference.
To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities

Who we are looking for ?

Proven work experience as a renewal account manager with 10+ years of experience.
An ability to grasp customers needs and suggest timely solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid technical background with hands on experience in email & messaging technologies or Cloud infrastructure technology,
Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
