Job Description

We have opening for IT Service Desk Team Lead for Mumbai Location.

Position - Service Desk lead

CTC - 30-32

Job Responsibilities:-

Overall 3 years of Industry Experience on IT Service Desk or as a client side
technical support analyst including at least 1 year of experience providing
supervision (direct or indirect) to customer service or technical analysts
required
Manage the Service Desk and staff to provide 1st level technical support;
answering support queries via the telephone, using remote desktop tools or
should the need arise attendance to users place of work.
Assist with fulfilling service requests submitted to the IT Service Desk.
Ensuring knowledge management systems and documentation are kept up to
date
Evaluate performance metrics against established KPIs to identify improvement
opportunities.
Identify and recommend process improvement changes that will effectively and
efficiently enhance service delivery; assist with the training and development of
staff, when necessary.
Identify potential training requirements and provide Knowledge Management
recommendations for training actions to end users.
Analyse Incident trends, and recommend and implement actions, with approval,
to reduce Incidents.
Acts as the single point of contact for any local/global service
incidents/escalations
Facilitate major incident conference bridges, accurately identifying and logging
attendees, timelines and troubleshooting steps taken.
Under management direction, escalate and communicate to IT and business
customers, and 3rd party suppliers
Good Communication & interpersonal Skill
Experience in handling Call Management Tool
Good skill in MS-Office applications (Excel, MS-word etc.)
Basic Knowledge of ITIL (preferred)
Good reporting skill
Graduate
